My approach and cosmological view of Chinese Astrology is less fortune teller-y and more acknowledging of how all humans are more alike than different. Lunar New Year was traditionally a time to forgive debts, release prisoners to their families, and to start anew. Today, Chinese Astrology is an invitation to find the part of yourself that can participate in what the ancient Chinese civilization observed over centuries as comprising a balanced and harmonious society.

In 2021, we have the opportunity to access our inner Metal Ox, which will be a stark departure from last year where we endured the most dramatic Rat year in living memory. I sincerely hope you enjoy the Ox write-up and year.
